To register online, click the REGISTER button below.TO ENSURE YOUR PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM AND PAYMENT ARE RECEIVED, PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY FOR EACH PLAYER SEPARATELY.
In order to register a player you MUST be the legal parent or guardian of the player you are registering.
Please make sure you COMPLETELY READ THROUGH each item and accurately complete the Registration form. We cannot be responsible for misspelled names, incorrect birth-dates or incorrectly marked genders. To help us avoid putting your player in the wrong age bracket, wrong school boundary or on the wrong gendered team please take an extra minute or two and make sure all the information listed is correct PRIOR TO submitting the form.
Registration fees are $50 per player and that includes a full uniform - jersey, shorts and socks, 5 - 6 games and a participation medal at the end of the season. Registration fees will not be refunded after Feb. 2nd, 2025.
PLAYERS ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR.
WE ARE A WEEK NIGHT LEAGUE. ALL game are played at Unity Park in Ivins - 200 W. 400 S.

All registration is completed online. If you are unable to register online please contact us via email at [email protected] and we can schedule a time to register your player in person.
LATE REGISTRATION will begin January 26th and is an additional (nonrefundable) $10 PER PLAYER.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 10PM ON SATURDAY FEBRUARY 1st, 2025. Any requests to register after Feb. 1st will be taken on a first come, first serve basis and will ONLY be taken IF we have space available. Refunds will not be issued after registration closes.
